This shoe series squeaks like crazy. I looked online and it's a very common problem. I still tried them and they still squeak. I also don't think it's very padded on the bottom as compared to years ago. But I'm also a medium sized person.

this 100%. got them from Al's when they were like $45 and liked them so much I ordered several pairs. well about a week in the first pair started squeezing horribly, it was like a cartoon. I've worn 3 of the pairs and they all do it to some extent, some worse than others. that said, they're very comfortable so I'll put up with it
