FYI, our favorite cash back site will start 15% cb on Lego starting on 5/4.
Pro tip: you can still get 15% cb on exclusive sets by adding a non-exclusive item in the same order, such as a key chain.

It should be noted that the "Free w/ $40+ select LEGO Star Wars purchase: 74-Piece The Razor Crest Mini-Build" only applies to sets that are marked for age 16 and below. None of the 18+ sets count, which is pretty crappy of Lego to do.

Lego does a lot of crappy things lately. The whole GWP thing is pretty crappy. They're really holding a mini razor crest mini build for a GWP instead of letting kids buy it? I guess that's part of the reason for them limiting the sets to those targeted at kids but why not just release them in the stores and let kids with limited funds purchase something cool for not too much money.

I'm pretty sure the mini razor crest is available as a paper bag (poly bag) in stores for $4.99. It dropped with the rest of the April/May Star Wars sets. This sale just includes it for free if you spend $40 on the right sets.
