not a good price at all. CPU is 7 years old and they try to sell that for more than the original price? I mean even with inflation..
you'll get better deals checking open box on big retailers like best buy or ebay

There's been a flood of these off-lease units lately in the market. Woot! and the mothership (Amazon) have dodgy third-party vendors wipe them down, call it refurbished, then try to sell them high while NAND / DDRAM prices are still up. Local market is always better, and like you said, even fleabay can beat this.
