Peet's is my favorite coffee bean. I'll stock up. I grind the beans right before brewing for best flavor. I bought Jose's the last couple of times at Costco and it wasn't bad and it costs less.

Grind as you go. Fresh beans, fresh hand ground and pour over if you want the best. Pick your beans. Dickason's is okay if you like dark roast which is ideal for me. Extra prep time leads to extra flavor. Otherwise succumb to the fast food drool long awaiting your order at the drive thru.
