This is a steal, I just don't like the motor cycle seats but for 500 bucks dude it's got a 20 ah battery these specs on a over hyped brand 1500 2000

Bought an Amyet bike last winter off Aliexpress for an Xmas present. The key taped on the battery didnt match the battery lock. Been waiting for a replacement for 6 months. I ask for updates and they tell me its being produced at the factory. I would hate it if my issues were more as they don't seem supportive at all.

Yea...the reason they keep the price low is because of the "limited" warranty and nonexistent customer service. I had an electric scooter for like 150 bucks and when I wanted to ask them a question about a glitch on the small odometer, only to find out they deleted their account entirely on Amazon. lol

Reviews online for Amyet are pretty savage. Was tempted to pull the trigger, but sounds like there's a good reason why their bikes are so cheap.

Luck of the draw, I guess. I got a different amyet model last year for $350ish bucks and I love it. When I ride, I often think of the Slickdeals thread where I discovered it -- how so many people were so vociferously against Amyet, Ali, ebikes, Chinese products, lack of support, battery hazards, ebike laws, etc... For me, I still ride around with a grin. I think it was the best buy of the year!
