Seems like the battery is small on this one.

11 miles range, probably lower in real life.

I have a clone of this scooter. It's actually pretty nice as far as basic scooters go. It tops out at 15mph and seems to be limited to 19 going downhill. Going up a 15deg hill, the most of slows down by 200 lbs is 10mph. It's really great for getting around neighborhoods or downtown areas. The way the handlebar locks to the rear fender makes it easy for me to lift it one handed. The only critique I have about it is the front light is weak (easily fixed with a clip on bike light) and the rear taillight is about as big as a thumbprint. If you stick to daylight, it's just fine.

A few years ago I had an issue where anytime I bought multiple items from the same seller I'd be shorted something. I went out of my way to do this to reduce packaging, but I got burned for it. Now I buy a lot of stuff through Choice or Dollar Express and things get bundled together from different sellers. Reduced packaging and no missing items. I also film it every time I'm opening a package. They have a simple refund process where I can upload video evidence.
There was another problem with shippers between China and here. When I'd buy cheap copper novelty coins they'd always package them in thin plastic. You could tell there were coins in there. Those packages would always arrive empty, sometimes with a gaping hole and sometime taped up.

isn't this subject to a high % of tariff now that customers have to pay?

With completely flat surface and no inclines you might get 6 miles per charge. More realistic is about 4 miles per charge.

Just bought one for a few bucks more. LP80 I think. That one said around 20 miles per charge.
