In Pennsylvania, Class 4 electric bikes (exceeding 20-28 mph or >750W) are generally not considered standard bicycles and are classified as "Motor-Driven Cycles". They require registration, insurance, and a valid license to be operated legally on public roads, and they are typically prohibited on non-motorized trails and sidewalks.

Just tell your kids to tell the PoPo they are sovereign citizens and aren't riding a minibike but traveling...

Kid in my city just killed a school staff member with one of these and his mom is getting charged for the death. DO NOT buy your kids one of these unless they're using it on your property or a bike track.

Same for colorado. Basically the determining factor is whether it has rotating pedals or not.

A mom in Orange County, CA is charged with child endangerment and involuntary manslaughter after her 14 year old killed an old man while cruising on the e-motocycle without license, registration, or insurance. She had been warned previously by the local police about this. They should have just ticketed and fined her, as that would probably have stopped her and her kid.

It's best to use the AliExpress app, sign in & make sure you have your ship to address already saved in your address book.
