Not new deal but I bought it last week and it's a great started set

Kind of cool aspect of charger, it can charge both 18v and 12v batteries at same time

I don't think it can charge M18 and M12 concurrently. It will charge one, then the other.

Not sure if this is a good deal or not, but I believe it would be possible to opt for the string trimmer and hedge trimmer combo, add the free chainsaw attachment, and "hack" the deal to pickup the string trimmer / hedge trimmer and not the chainsaw. You would get the combo you want for $385 from my location. Again, I don't know prices enough to confirm if this is worth it or not.
