Pretty tiny, toppings going to get all messed up hitting the center of the cutter. Good for thin pizza though

Looks like everything you know and love about traditional rolling pizza cutters made inconvenient. Less leverage without the handle, more risk of injury by keeping you close to the blade, and the blade is enclosed on both sides so everything will get trapped and gunked up in there.

I'm not so sure. I think using one with a traditional handle actually looses force. I tend to put some of my hand directly on the blade cover anyway.

Cleaning might not be bad either. I like that it's a simple Philips bolt holding the blade. If a dishwasher doesn't clean the inside well enough, can always take the blade out for a thorough clean.

This type of pizza cutter is good for letting my kids use. It offers a bit more "protection" than the standard open design. We don't have a dishwasher and it is much harder to manually clean, unless you take it all the way apart. We found we can somewhat use drinking straw cleaner brushes effectively.
