Was able to make it to an event. Got there right at 10am when it started. They ran out of batteries at 10:02. Was one of the last people to get one. Bought a palm nailer.

Showed up yesterday and the collection box was almost full and there was no one in line. The Rep
said there was a line of people early and he didnt want to keep them waiting so it took me 3 1/3 mins to get my kit and coupon...used the coupon online...I'm having difficulties registering my products anyone else?

This was BS. Got there at 9 and realized it was starting from 10 am to 2 pm. So I waited in my car. Apparently people were waiting inside since 8 am according to the rep. He gave out the batteries starting at 9:55 and was out of them by 10. Why would they send him with a crate that looked like it only carries maybe 10 batteries. The slot was from 10 am to 4 pm for the exchange. It seems they did not plan well for how many people would show up.
