You can only get it in the google play store on an android device. When you go to the google play store, click on your profile circle icon at upper right corner and then scroll down to see "Gift Cards" right under "Payments and Subscriptions".

Edit: there are other giftcard deals too like Instacart but it seems like Uber is in most demand. They're still in stock as of right now.
