HAHA....no. The little arc is between two prongs that are like a cm apart. And it is very weak. But it's GREAT to light things!! No "flicking your Bic" which for me kinda hurts when you have to do it a lot. And bring rechargeable is awesome. I have one and keep it in my little camper.

Can this lite other things, like an organic material rolled in paper.

This one seems a bit long, maybe there are shorter ones.

I'm pretty sure if you hold this up against your skin and push the button it ain't gonna feel good. I could be wrong so maybe try it out and report back with your findings.

Just my experience, but if you're careful, it can light paper. However, it's not amazing at it...it has to be pretty standard thin paper that lights really easily, not things like cardstock.

I have one of these and love it! It's very convenient for lighting candles or incense. It charges up pretty quickly too. At this price I'm gonna buy another one to have around. You do need to wipe off the part where it arcs every now and then because it can get dirty with soot or candle wax but all it takes is a damp paper towel. I like it better than using a regular lighter.

Dual arc is the same price. On paper it sounds better at lighting candles?
