Biotin is such a waste of money. Almost no one has a B7 deficiency. It's in so much of our food. You're just making your pee more expensive.

When taking biotin, be aware that it can cause thyroid blood work and the blood work emergency rooms used to detect heart attacks to show up incorrectly, delaying or preventing proper treatment.

Many people take biotin, not because they've been tested and found to have a deficiency, but because it's advertised as being helpful for their hair, skin, and nails. I'd buy it for that reason, alone, but I have thyroid issues and don't want to risk making my blood work inaccurate.
