I just tried this out at rei. Unlike other patagonia straps this is about as long as the other companies so it has enough slack to be waist or chest. Its a simple two pocket design, but I much prefer this because that means there are not any metal zippers inside to scratch your phone in the big pocket. Key hook is in the small pocket as well. Small pocket serves as carry bag when it is folded up and key hook clips to make a hanging hook. Carry pocket is a nice size so its very easy to stuff as opposed to the rei knockoff that takes a lot of tetrising to zip up. The only thing I don't love is the back of it has a different scratchier material instead of the the same material as the front. It feels like what a cushioned bag would have but deflated.
