Also, worth noting that this is just the base game for Diablo IV. Vessel of Hatred is no longer purchasable, but is included with Lord of Hatred, the new expansion that just released. Price of this bundle ($15) + Lord of Hatred ($40) = $55, still less than the price of the "Age of Hatred Collection" ($70) that includes both on BNet or Steam.
I'd be perfectly happy with Blizzard's back catalog becoming available on Steam, given that b.net's Linux support is nonexistent, and I don't care for fiddling around with Lutris or Heroic Launcher when I can avoid it.

Seriously, no part of you statement holds water. And lets not even start talking about class action suits, that is hardly proof of anything unless you are suggesting only Steam gets hit with those....Epic is the king of getting their butts handed to them in class action lawsuits
I get it, you have a bias towards one or the another DRM manager, its all good, we all do, however please try to stick to facts....
*BTW, that "30% number" you got from reddit isn't accurate either. Any medium and higher volume "dev" doesn't pay those. Steam's 30% fee is only for low volume publishers, big name companies selling big name games aren't paying 30%. The ones those fees could hurt are the smaller devs and publishers. But those game makers are also selling 10x the volume on Steam vs Epic AND GOG AND every other DRM manager you can name so with the lower gross margin comes higher revenue. If you put your store in a mall....you pay higher rent, but you also get more sales vs putting it in the middle of a corn field...

The only thing you said which is not a defense of anything is that not everyone pays 30%, it used to be a flat 30% everyone paid but was changed to a price model where once you make 10s of millions on your game it goes down to 25% then 20%which doesn't change the issue at all.

Look up any of the games I listed. You can find them CHEAPER most days of the week on other platforms vs Steam. How does that work in terms of "pRiCeFiXiNg?" Seriously, it doesn't.
For example right now the ""pRiCeFiXiNg?" making everything cheaper on Steam...according to you:
Red Dead Redemption 2 - cheaper on PC via Microsoft. "pRiCeFiXiNg?"
Star Wars Outlaws Gold Edition - Cheaper on Ubisoft. "pRiCeFiXiNg?"
Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora - cheaper on Ubisoft (higher edition too), nearly double on Steam (lower edition). "pRiCeFiXiNg?"

-Epic is 12% for games earning over $1M per year. much higher for lower volume - but that "doesn't change the issue at all" according to you since they still charge low volume titles HIGHER fees. Your logic so that means Epic = "unethical" and "illegal"
-Humble Store, 25% from the sale of each game - and Humble doesn't even have to manage the DRM so they are collecting near Steam and GOG percentages for just processing purchases.
