Where are you getting the datapoint that they reject online orders? User error submitting wrong receipts or clear full receipts? Non-participating online retailers?
I have successfully done many submissions for Mobil rebates using online purchases from Walmart.
Other than that, Toyota recommends 5w-20 or 5w-30 in most other countries except the U.S. where they went with the higher fuel economy thinner oil.
In my older Tacoma, it's 5w on the label under the hood. In the same engine on newer models, everything is 0w-20.
I go with the original 5w, still using 5,000 mile changes.

I don't think separate receipt is needed from what I read, you can submit single receipt and select you bought it 2 x 5 quarts (upto 4 is limit) at rebate submission page
Select two
IIRC it took a few weeks for the (digital) rebate to be approved and delivered via Email FWIW.
Haven't done a rebate with Mobil 1 , but just hoping it works the same.
I had $4 Walmart cash available + $4 walmart cash back rebate so it was really a slickdeal. THX

NEVER had any oil leaks (valve cover, rear main seal, front crank seal).
TBH I just read the label stated "For cars 75k miles and up" and never failed me. (all honda vehicles)
My last high milage vehicle 2002 honda acord 4cyl I got from my sister in early 2015 with ~160k I exclusively put High Mileage full Syn oil and changed it every 5k miles. Before that was a 1999 Civic coupe EX with 230k miles No leaks. Owned it for 6 years.
In 2020 my neice got the accord with 230k miles and not a single drop, not even a trace of potential oil leakage anywhere. She drove it for 3 more years with Gawd knows what oil and it still wasn't leaking + never burned any oil either. She totalled it in 2023.
I truly believe It was prevention instead of cure.
After that many miles and heating/cooling cycles the seals are bound to be failing already, they may not just be visibly leaking, but still degrading nonetheless.
