Caution against woot. It used to be great but Amazon bought it and they typically don't support returns or refunds and no real warranty. Had a few orders go south and was basically told there was nothing to be done.
Yeah returns are not free. I've generally had good quality from them, but you gotta be sure before you buy.
I forgot about BenQ. I used to drool over their models when I went to Frys Electronics lol. The pull out headphone hangers were ahead of its time. 144hz 1080P TN my first "gaming" monitor lol
The deal for the RD280U is not good at all.
The price of a brand new one at B&H is $549.99 and if you have their store credit card, there's no sales tax.

I bought two BenQ BL2420PT monitors for my WFH setup back in June 2021 and they still kick ass. 1440p at 24" is almost impossible to find now.
I dread the day my Dell S2417DG calls it quits. I really don't want to go to 27".

Never had issues with returns to woot, if it's their fault.
I like Woot, fun deals sometimes, but their electronics deals are usually refurbs and the prices are not very competetive. I would never make a big purchase there
Eh, not a great deal because of the loss of the warranty by buying refurb from Woot. For example, the RD280UA (a fantastic monitor, imo, for productivity work) is currently $620 for buying new direct from BenQ, with a 3-year warranty. I'd say that a 3-year manufacturer warranty is worth the extra $100.
And the disparity is even worse for the RD280U: $550 for new from BenQ versus $523 from Woot. Who would not pay $27 more for new?
My guess is that a similar story plays out for the other monitors. Do your homework and decide for yourself.

Usually if you have an issue just email woot and they'll take care of you either via refunding you a portion or replacing.
