Why do I only see one comment per page?

So I'm looking around for interesting deals and I see something that makes me think, "ooh, this is something I might be interested in." I click on the deal post, look over the pricing details and then think, "I wonder if there are any 'gotchas' I should be aware of."
Then I see the post shows 77 comments, think "let's see what others have to say," and scroll down to where it says, 77 comments. But there's just one comment. Okay, I'll click onto page 2. One comment. Umm, okay, page 3 then. One comment. Page 4? One comment.
Why??? I've gone through the site settings and can't figure out how to configure things so that I can see like 20 or 30 comments per page.

I've made a change to your account, but I'm not sure if it will help.
If it didn't, can you please try this and see it if helps?
