I originally noticed the Garmin Inreach mini 2 (release 02/2022) at $250, but struggled to get over the $300 trigger and did not want to spend for the mini 3 plus (release 12/2025)
This item (release 09/2024) has the upgraded satellite guts and features, so am purchasing to future proof and first time trying the inreach ecosphere - so no personal experience yet.

These Garmin manufacturer sales are always across the board for all retailers, so when Garmin products drop I aways seek to double stack available coupon/offers for merchants - Amazon is no better here
