The strangest thing is that it automatically activates monthly. I can recycle 20 + these 6 per month with their upgraded Staples Plus rewards account (no longer available for new signups). The cashiers usually try to say I can only recycle 10. LOL

Says PAPER (comma) ink and toner, to my eyes that means paper a MUST. Ink and toner (one or both) a MUST.
