I cannot attest to any advantage that the dual blade offers...I do know that my mower mulches fall leaves quite well.
The 'catch' of this particular deal at Lowes is the relatively modest included 4Ah battery; most folks will need to purchase a second battery.
$213.15 .... was $190 not too long ago.
