Ya sodium in these noodle bowls is high, but this is actually fairly reasonable. Most of the better noodle bolls trend towards the 2000mg range. Go to a restaurant and your 1 Ramen bowl will be 2000-3000mg.

For example, go look at your typical cheap grocery store Maruchan Ramen. A single bag will be over 1500mg. So the fact this is less than that is really good.
