kind of upsets me, pay the gas money and time to go get them. yes i could have declined on the spot but wanted to see if i could get something off or really anything.
the only thing they offered is to send someone to pick up the drills so i didnt have to go to the store. Great now i have to wait around for a pick up
complete lack of customere service. The person on chat resally didnt even get what the issue was - the SKU numbers matched.
