Have a similar one from RTIC. Looks like a good deal.

I've owned this duffel bag for a couple of years now, and it's proven to be incredibly durable during my domestic and international travels to Europe. I've successfully used it as a carry-on without any issues, as long as I don't overpack it. The compression straps on this duffel bag are particularly helpful in making it appear smaller.

So this works as a carry on for domestic and international flights? Do you have to make sure it isn't over xx amount of pounds for a carry on or they don't care about that? I know that if it looks bulky, then it might be over the dimensions?

There is only one compartment right in the picture besides that zipper compartment? So this would be good if you want to take a local trip somewhere by bus or car for a few days to pack clothes and things? You can't really pack a laptop inside it right or would that be fine as long as you have a laptop sleeve or case for it?

The only reason why there is a discount compared to the others is because of the color right? This color seems decent? Best colors you would say is black and then yellow and then this? This also seems to be a small duffel? I would have that this price it would be at least medium Other small duffel brands this size cost much less right? But the quality of this duffel is very good?

Has always worked as a personal item for me despite it being a little oversized for such an item. It can be worn as a backpack which I think helps. Its a duffel, so one big compartment for most space. I'd be careful with a laptop in it but I've put ipads in with no problems. The origin of these bags is built for Everest climbers (Base Camp name) so pretty much indestructible; yes very good quality.

It's small enough for a personal item? I know it's a small duffel but it looks like you can fit a few days worth of clothes in it? A personal to me is like a purse or a fanny pack. Can others confirm this would work as a personal item?

It passes as a personal for me always flying united & spirit. A personal is a fanny, purse or backpack within specified size limit 9"x10"x13" that fits under the seat and this functions as a backpack and is just over the size at 11.5"x21"x13". Always run the risk of being charged at the gate but I never had a problem.
