Motherboard sales down 25% bc ai datacenters they said, how about the fact that they cost 3-5x as much as they did pre COVID plus the multiple supply disruptions ddr5 has faced, starting with its initial consumer offering shortages.

IMHO, there are many who don't want consumers having powerful computational capabilities like nvidia ceo and his sister at AMD ceo so your forced to use their data center resources build by the AI data center investment craze.
