$99 online for me but still a good deal. I have this tool and to get 2 free batteries is even better. It is bulky compared to the M12 Milwaukee ratchets but even with size limitations you will find uses for it! I had the original Craftsman 18v similar ratchet with bottom mounted battery before this so I was used to the larger tool size. I also have the Milwaukee M12 1/4" and 3/8"'ratchets for automotive work. Can't go wrong for this combo price however.

What would be the use case for this? Why not use an impact driver?

When you are working in tight spaces these are great. You break the bolt by hand with the tool then use the battery to run it off, my cheap one died I used it a lot.
