Call quality:
I can hear, but other side has trouble. My audio comes muffled.
Case:
Hard plastic. Not bad, but not good either. More personal preference. But there is a tiny charging cable built into the case. No other USB port. Just this male USB C cable. So either it hangs from a little brick on a wall, or you have to only plug this in to power banks. Pretty annoying. And if that cable breaks that's it for these.
Controls:
Controls are touch. I don't like the default commands. Also there is a delayed reaction in button presses, and the tone that comes in interrupts whatever you're listening to.
App:
App lets you change controls. But updated controls don't stick. Stays on default. So useless. App also doesn't let you turn off tones for button presses. Switching to noise cancellation or any mode is slow. Pass through mode has has static/air noise in the background while on.
Overall I can see why the price dropped on these. Wish there was a more comprehensive review earlier
