That said, this is a very tempting deal. I am going to refrain only because I'm telling myself that the size might be a bit too chonky for me.
Eh, nothing "wrong" with XHP, but at this price point, you could get far better steel, at least in corrosion, toughness, and ease of sharpening, like MagnaCut. XHP does have slightly better edge retention, but once it dulls it'll be significantly harder to sharpen.
