Anyone know the reason why Costco's larger dining tables are all these extendable ones? Why don't they have many large one piece tables?

does anyone know if costco ever has deals for just chairs? i've only seen tables or tables + chairs together...
I pulled the trigger on the dining table from costco for $500, but it's just table only, and i'm now in the market for chairs
