I would really dig into the reviews and research the manufacturer as well. I did the same, and furniture is solid. If all checks out, looks like a great deal.

For me it was fine as I was able to return to a local wayfair clearance location. Otherwise I would have had to pay a few hundred to return which is ridiculous

I have not dealt personally with returns, but for packages arriving with any damage, Wayfair has always been quick and easy to handle that either by shipping out a new unit (w/o the need to return the damaged piece) or a refund.
