From the description it mentions near zero TDS which makes me believe it does not remineralize the water which is not ideal. So you are drinking water that is completely stripped and devoid of beneficial minerals such as magnesium, chloride, sodium, etc.

Calling this a 6-stage is actually deceptive when compared to under-sink systems - a metal screen nor the UV are comparable to filter stages on under-sink systems
That being said, changing filters here is a whole easier than crawing under the sink, unscrewing the filters, trying not to spill, etc.
Under sink filters also have waste water- perhaps that is why those systems have longer life on the RO membranes?
