We've had two of these for about 4 years now. I wouldn't get another.
The suction power is quite poor and it will not pick up when going backwards which is beyond annoying.
Feels like a temu vacuum.
For what it's worth, I have had a Wyze robot vac for almost 2 years and have been exceptionally happy with it. Same goes for the Wyze cam I've had for like 8 years and a smart scale. Very happy with their products. Not sure how any of that relates to this "dumb" product, but I have a generally favorable opinion of their product quality and value proposition (especially compared to say a lot of the other cheapo non-name stick vacuums out there). if I didn't already have a perfectly average one of those cheapo vacuums, I'd jump on this one, because I'd be willing to bet it's better, lol.
This Wyze cordless stick vacuum looks best as a low frills cleaner for small spaces, car cleanup, and light debris. The 20 kPa model is described as having okay suction, a small dust container, built in lights, and a replaceable battery pack, with the price seen as strong for the category. Long term use on the original 24 kPa version was reported as solid, but the 20 kPa unit is also called underpowered for larger jobs, with short battery life and weak pickup on reverse passes. There are also repeated concerns about third party fulfillment, wrong model shipments, and returns.
Car owners wanting a lightweight cleanup tool, because it is helpful for vacuuming out the car and handling low-frills messes.
It is best suited to small spaces, low or no pet hair, and light cleanup. Several comments describe it as more like a glorified dustbuster than a high-power vacuum, with weak suction and a small dust container.
The listing appears to be confusing the two versions. The original Wyze Cordless Stick Vacuum was the 24kPa, 50-minute model, while the revised Wyze Cordless Vacuum S is the 20kPa, 40-minute model; one buyer also received a 20kPa unit when the 24kPa version was advertised.
The battery is reported to be short-lived for larger jobs, but it can handle small-room cleaning. One long-term owner says the battery on the original 24kPa model is still fine after nearly 5 years, while others say the 20kPa version does not last long in regular use.
Because it is sold through a third-party marketplace seller, warranty terms may differ from Wyze's standard terms. One buyer with a defective unit got an easy no-hassle return from the seller, but Wyze itself could not help with that purchase.
Yes, the battery pack is replaceable, which is a practical plus for long-term use. The downside is that replacement batteries appear to be sold out on Wyze's site and are not easy to find elsewhere.
Guessing the 24kPa version for basically the same price is the better buy? Seems the 20kPa version is still available on wyze. Is the 24kPa the older discontinued version?
I've had Wyze products since their early days and adopted many of their new products though preorders. But haven't bought anything new from them for a few years.
I still have their first version of this product called Wyze Cordless Stick Vacuum with 24kPa suction power and 50 mins of battery life.
Later they came up with a revised product with lower specs, the Wyze Cordless Vacuum S with 20kPa suction and 40 mins battery life.
So from this VIPOUTLET product description, it sounds like they're trying to pawn off the S model as the more powerful original.
For what it's worth, I've used my original for nearly 5 years (next month) and it's been rock solid. I vacuum my 2200 sqft home without an issue, love the built in lights, and it's got a good aftermarket support for filters. Battery is still working fine.
I also bought a Dyson Animal V10 on a deal years ago thinking my Wyze would quit, but AFTER a year of owning it, the trigger is nerfed and it takes me a few seconds to a minute of me pressing the trigger to get it to turn on.
The Wyze is my reliable trusty one for $120. Who would have thunk it? I would give this a recommendation based on my experience but may not be the exact same model.

I'd consider repairing the trigger on the Dyson. They're easy to open and repair, with many replacement parts (official or otherwise) being openly available. You might even be able to 3D print some of the parts, given they're a popular "big dog" in the consumer space.
refurb Dyson is still 3-5x this cost - I had a Dyson stick for 2 years and it stopped working properly - getting one of these to see if it works out better
Sometimes it is best to skip the middle-man..Early this year I was going to purchase a TV at eBay and the seller was Vipoutlet. I decided to check their website and it was $5 cheaper there !!
Good Advice. They have the 24 version on there site for $71.

I think this is a better buy than a $500 vacuum.
If you get 3 years of usage, buy a new one.
