VIPOUTLET specializes in Walmart/Sam's Club returns/clearance, and is part of a bigger company that handles return/refurbs.
The suction power is quite poor and it will not pick up when going backwards which is beyond annoying.

On the comparison for this one, there's a no-name for just a few dollars more that doesn't have a replaceable battery pack, but it also says it has 40kpa suction, twice as much.
