17" cutting width means about a 4" narrower swath than what is becoming standard on electric mowers. That might not seem like all that much, but it can add up to quite a few more passes to finish mowing your lawn.

I think I'm fine with that. I use a tractor but need something small for some edging and one small hill too steep for my tractor

Seems like a good small mower for accompanying a tractor to clean up the small areas it can't get to.

Greenworks 60V vs 80V system.

how much performance different between the two?
which system would Greenworks keep around longer?

80V is more common and available at more stores then the 60v. 80v is available at bestbuy, walmart, lowes and amazon. 60v is available at tractor supply, walmart and some at amazon. 80v is on sale more then the 60v. I got a good deal on a 60v, 25 inch lawnmower and got the trimmer and blower for decent prices as well and am completely happy with the 60v products. If I had my choice though, I would go 80v just because of the wider availability.

I committed to the 60V ecosystem a few years back, and have been quite happy with the performance (mower, blower, weed wacker and chainsaw, thus far). That said, I've noticed 60V becoming more niche-y over time (fewer retailers, fewer good deals). 80V looks to be more future proof.

All of the 60V tools can use each other's batteries. I've got six 60V batteries (a mix of 2.5AH, 4AH and 5AH), and I'll just grab whatever's closest when I need one. No experience with the 80V tools, but I assume it's the same deal. Can't use 60V batteries in 80V tools, nor vice-versa.
