best iphone deals right now

I know there is currently an iPhone deal through Verizon on Walmart of an iPhone 14 for about 5.56 a month for 36 months. That works out to being $200, but I can't remember what Verizon's unlock policy is, plus the activation fee and the cost of a basic plan for 2 months puts this well over 300$ and I'm not sure if that's the best deal.
So if you can think of the best deal where someone can get a "new" iPhone 13 or newer for the cheapest price and get it unlocked in the shortest amount of time, that would be very helpful
