No I wouldn't say the 5060ti 16gb is better than the 5070. But I would say that having 16gb VRAM is more future proof than 12gb VRAM. Both cards will last you a very long time.

the 5060ti in this bundle is 8 GB, 16 GB is the system RAM.
5070 12gb is roughly ~30-40% better than 5060 ti 8 gb

What kind of madeup buzzword is "AI Gaming"?
While the prebuilt will save you money if you buy parts at market price, you could also wait for the frequent sales on each individual part that has been cropping up lately.
Also, this prebuilt's gpu is only a 5060 Ti 8GB GDDR7, not 5060 Ti 16GB GDDR7 as previous comments suggest.
