For anyone who is trying to do this over the app or via website, when you try to trade in a legacy phone (with an IMEI), you can choose "ONLY Any Trade Promo Smrtphne"or "ONLY ANY TRADE LOYALTY" for the device brand. I used "ONLY ANY TRADE LOYALTY" back in February via the T-Life app and was able to get the 2 Pixel 10, trading in a Nexus 5 and a Coolpad Legacy Go.
If you have a Costco membership, make sure you click through the Costco website below so you get the free activation and $100 Costco cash card. https://www.costco.com/f/-/t-mobi...d-showcase
I won't begrudge anyone for skipping out on this deal. T-Mobile has previously had "trade-in any device" promos for the Pixel 10, which is worth $800 compared to the $200 for this TCL NXTPAPER 70 Pro. I do really like the NXTPAPER screen and I have 10 lines so plenty of EIP opportunities.
If you are looking for an evening or bedside phone, this is a great recommendation. I have the 10" NXTPAPER tablet, and the screen is great for surfing and reading right before bed. I use the color ink mode, which calms down my eyes and gets me sleepy.
Plus, since T-mobile now allows you to order online with Costco benefits, this is an easy money maker with the $100 Costco cash card. Only thing to keep in mind is the $100 Costco cash card for upgrading is only available once per year per line (don't know if calendar or rolling 12 months), so if you just upgraded with the Pixel, those lines won't qualify.
I really don't care about managing who gets what Internet points enough to mod alert your post. I provided a links to the other post in my comment so folks can see all the comments on the other post so HOPEFULLY the same questions won't be asked over and over again. I'm mostly interested in efficiency and effectiveness.

That offer had died when the 'trade-in offer became NLA'

FYI.
if you boot up the phone without inserting SIM card, you got no bloatware.
I have this phone for about a month now, pretty impressive for a free phone. i traded in a old school flip phone that is no longer turning on. making sure you have a way to get IMEI.

the limit was sort of my question
I noticed in the terms it says: Max 12/account
here is my question, My mom has a membership and I have a membership under her account. Would doing future promos make sense to go under her Costco number? or 12 for both memberships?
2nd question...my uncle has a Costco account...could I use his membership since I think I am maxed out
I did 4 of these and did the iPhone 17 promo and iPhone 16 pro promo...so I think I'm already maxed out of the 12. I wonder if it's 12 per calendar year or 12 for life.

The $100 GC is per year per line. Not sure if it's calendar year or rolling 12 months. I have gotten multiple GCs for upgrading at Costco over the years, so it's definitely not lifetime. T-mobile could change that, but at least for now it's not.
On upgrading the same lines during the same year using different Costco memberships, I don't know, but I doubt T-mobile would pay out $100 for upgrading using a different Costco membership. They have all your info so it's easy to keep track of your upgrades and lines, plus that's T-mobile's money, not Costco's. But it's T-mobile, anything could happen; doubt they are using their single braincell too hard.
