Not one of them lasted a full 36 months of daily, normal use. Blackberries were great at simply randomly resetting. The Apple devices lost their battery and performance, while getting ridiculously hot when using them. The S5 slowed down to a crawl, and the S8 stopped saving random photos to disk when using the camera, in addition to losing battery life.
The best devices out of the entire bunch? The S5 you could replace the battery! Same with the Blackberries.

Same complaints also apply to the mid and low tier Samsungs and Motogs I've been using since the S8.
Odd, you're saying a phone from 2019 can last 10 years. It's 2026, not 2029. So either you're full of deceit (or something else?)....or you're a time traveler. Choose wisely.
Battery replacement on an Apple -- $119. All my current phones cost less than that. My last four phones -- $35, $65, $45, $40. Even factoring in extra accessories like a case, I'm STILL under just the battery replacement service fees. Wait, I meant to say, I can buy TWO phones and cases and still be under that single battery replacement price. Not to mention the cost of a flagship phone itself.
And my budget devices do everything I need perfectly fine. Seems like you're ghastly overpaying for tech that quickly becomes old. I just swap it out whenever I want. No need for any convoluted trade-in schemes. Spare handhelds everywhere, if something goes wrong. Treat it like cattle, not like pets.

It was nice during the first year when they were offering the loyalty discounts of additional $20/month discount + $10/month per line off for a year.
They ultimately renegged on the $20/month discount part way through the first year, and once the $10/month ended, they replaced that with 10% off per line, which was only $4.
My actual bill was closer to $175/month when the discounts went away.
AT&T had a good deal on fiber and wireless bundle, so I switched to them and they paid the remaining balances on the phones off. Currently paying $60 less per month after the AT&T promotions.
Will look to do something similar for my next phones, but with T-mobile perhaps.
