Are these actually good? Any cons?

I bought this last year for 600 like the others and overall I am very pleased with it. The feed from the app comes up quickly, has good picture, and well meets my needs of basic residential home surveillance. The common complaint of 'it's easy to take off from the base' is valid but isn't a huge deal for me since my cameras are 10ft+ high. I can be nitpicking and say that I wish the app can show all 8 feeds at one but have the preview windows bigger so I can actually see what's going on. The preview live feed window is clear if I change the view to 4 feeds at a time.

I just bought but am not planning on installing until the fall... maybe I'll luck out and it'll drop and I can return and buy again.

I have been very impressed with the Reolink setup. Cameras are excellent quality and have been recording 24/7 since I set them up. Biggest challenge right now is finding a hard drive given how expensive drives are currently.

Back in February, I got it for $650. Seems discount is being reduced again. I still have 2 months till I install it and was hoping it'd go to $600 but I guess $650 was the best price for me.

I have had these for few months now. Overall like them. One thing to keep in mind.. look closely at area you want to install these. They are all the same FOV. For my driveway its wide enough for 2.5 cars but cant see directly in front of door and past sidewalk. For my front door I got doorbell cam (white and black have different views).

Hint: hook one camera up and hold up in all locations before unpacking everything to see if the camera FOV works for you (use the app to view). REOLINK makes many models that work better for certain areas.

I bought 2 units when they were 600 dlls. To make 1 with 16 cameras and 8tb storage (2x4tb). Left the nvr and power adapter as a spare. Plan on buying another pair. To do the same on another location. Good image. Both the android app and windows app work without any issue.
