I prefer the KN95 respirators for work because you can take them on and off without removing a hat or helmet or whatever since they just go around the ears. Plus just easier to put on in general so I'll be more likely to put it on for even quick moments.

These are great masks. But the rubber band breaks easily.

If you are not good at math, the pack of 70 has the best discount as the price per mask tapers off after that.

You wasted your money , hantavirus is not "airborne" like measles or COVID, where infected people exhale virus into shared air. It is "airborne" from contaminated dust/aerosols created from rodent waste.

N95 masks also protect from dust and aerosols. Regardless of whether you think Hantavirus is the next covid like pandemic or not, N95 masks are recommended when you work in dusty and rodent infested areas as well.

Edit: Just saw these are non-vent versions for the masks. The vent versions are probably the best on the market. These should be decent enough though.....

Which sounds nice, but is not good for long term use. Over time the straps begin to put too much pressure on my ears and cause pain. Over the head straps are far more comfortable for long term use.

I haven't had that problem, personally.

Google Andes strain...the one that was on the cruise ship. Then, think twice in the future about falsely "educating" people about health on an app about discounted deals

Not if you pre stretch them. By that I mean, stretch it 3 to 5 times quickly before you use it for each band.I have never had one break. Just make sure that the only part you don't priest stretch is the staple area.

"This spread is usually limited to people who have close contact with a sick person. This includes direct physical contact, prolonged time spent in close or enclosed spaces, and exposure to the sick person's body fluids." Previously known Andes strain variants could spread airborne (close or enclosed space). This variant may be a little more virulent considering how many people were infected. Or maybe more people had close contact on the ship or touched. Who knows.
