Good deal for capacity only, as long as you don't need "normal" 130-150MB/sec read/write speed that (what I consider to be standard) U3 A2 rated cards can do. This U3 A1 card will not work for most dashcams due to it having roughly 1/3 the write speed of U3 A2 cards. The good old Samsung U3 A2 cards on Amazon (blue or green) work for every dashcam I've tried them in but they are still ridiculous price from all ths AI memory shortage BS.

V30/U3 card has min write speed of 30MB/s, which is OK for 4K 30fps. A rating is mostly for applications (measure of IOPs).
For dashcam the biggest concern is endurance.

No reviews on Walmart, sold by a 3rd party so it could be counterfeit, same product on Amazon is over $100. Sounds too good to be true

Should work. 4k 60fps have typical bitrate of 150Mbps, translating to about 18.75 MB/s.

Price seems too good to be true. If I am going to purchase the memory card I would not trust a 3rd party vendor on Walmart

I've never seen PNY call themselves (or their product) "Paris New York."

PNY, might mean Paris New York...no idea, however even if so, that never appears to be used in their branding.
