Literally could've used the extension yesterday to cut down the middle top parts of the small tree next to my house that's overgrowing instead of straining on the ladder one-handing my 10in chainsaw to cut them lmao. Don't try that at home, kids!

I have these and I call them Cindy. My kids roll their eyes so hard that I think they're going to injure themselves. I crack me up 😂

These ones don't seem to extend like this one, so wouldn't lump those together with this one.

I have these. The handles lock by rotating. Trying to squeeze hard would often unlock them and I was constantly fighting with the tool. I ended up tack-welding them into the extended position.

I literally used mine yesterday. I think they are a better compound action that can cut through large limbs. I cut down 3 trees with a 8" battery saw and those. One tree about 7" base.

I prefer these non extendable with much more power to chomp through 1/4" to 1" plus branches. https://www.amazon.com/Fiskars-Po...crid=&th=1 $28 I bought a spare and wouldn't buy anything else now.

Same for me. For slower careful cuts it's great, but when there's a bunch of branches I want to cut quickly it unlocks. Pretty annoying but I still like it, holding up well for 3-4ish years now.

I like Fiskars stuff, own numerous of their trimming/lopping tools, including these extendable loppers. I HATE THEM. Every single time I've used them, the extendable handles come unlocked on at least one side while working on a branch. Extremely frustrating. I have stopped using them, just use their pole lopper (with the pull rope) for any extended reach I need.
