5" minimum might be too high to get under your car and 13" maximum might not even get the wheels off the ground.

this is a good point.
believe it's a no go on regular passenger cars (ie civic, accord, corolla, camry). would need to drive on a block to get it high enough to get under the lift point when using this lift

5" too high? Can you make it up a driveway ramp? (unless it's lowered)

Most passenger cars have ride height of 5" so this is extremely close if all your tires are fully inflated, so if you have a low or flat tire this jack won't fit. You'd have to drive your car onto a car ramp or a couple 2"x10" boards to make this fit. Harbor Freight 3-ton Pittsburg Low Profile jack is 3-1/8" minimum height which will fit under most cars that have a flat tire, lifts way higher at 19-7/8", and has 50% greater lifting capacity at 3 tons vs 2 tons, so if you don't need a jack right now and can wait a few months it randomly goes on sale for $79 or $89 which is when I bought 2 a few months ago. Yes it will still cost more but it will work in many more circumstances than this VEVOR jack will, so I chose the HF jacks because there were many situations where this VEVOR jack wouldn't have worked and some of those were in an emergency so the little extra money I spent on the HF jacks saved me hundreds of dollars by not having to get a towtruck just 1 time. Much better warranty process with HF too, with no-questions-asked in-store exchange vs VEVOR boxing it back up and sending it back to them then waiting days/weeks, assuming they say it falls under warranty, and not sure about their shipping if you have to pay or of they cover it in either circumstance.

Yeah, it even says "quick lift" but in the photo it takes them like 15 pumps to get that car off the ground. This jack looks identical to the Craftsman I have in the garage that's also NOT low-profile and NOT quick-lift.
