App doesn’t load comments on iOS

Why do the comments still not load on the vast majority of deals you click on in the iOS app? This has been happening for a while

Could you share some examples? Links to deals where the comments don't load in your iOS app?
And also for diagnostic/reproducing purposes, could you share:
• your iOS version (17, 18, 26 etc)
• your current iOS app version (6.24.0, etc)
• your iOS device type (iPhone, Pro, Max, Pad, etc)

This happens for iOS 26, latest version of the app. If you go to your iOS reviews lot of people saying the same things. It's all deals, you have to go out and back in again once or twice forComments to load

There are a lot of reports of similar sounding issues and they are not all related.
That's why I'm trying to gather more specific information.

When you say the comments don't load, what specifically happens?

Is there a large blank space under the Details and/or Editors notes section? And if yes, can you scroll past that (or tap to close the details section) to see the comments?

Or do you scroll specifically to the comments section of a deal that says it has comments and see an empty experience?

There is a large blank space under the deal details and it's like infinite scroll but just blank. I need to go out and click onto the deal again and it might load the comments under the deal or I might have to go out and back in again a 3rd time before they finally load.

We are actively working on this issue.

In the meantime, instead of going out and returning to the deal, you can tap on word Details above that big blank space, to close the area that contains the big blank space.

The comments and the rest of the deal content are actually there, below that giant blank space.
