aliexpress is definitely a roll of the dice. when it works out.. its awesome! but if theres any issue whatsoever... ugh ur gonna be waiting a while to get it figured out.

AliExpress is typically great for 2 types of products, locally shipped and low cost items. Locally shipped products you typically have within a week.

There is no way I'd ever buy anything from aliexpress for something over like $30. Their customer support is abysmal now. You are either stuck with the product or you'll have to take your chances sending it back overseas on your dime, even if it arrives unusable.

Depends on the seller. The only return I ever did on Aliexpress was with Anbernic thru their official store. They told me to keep the fully functional gamepads I decided I didn't want, and refunded me the cost. YMMV!

I actually didn't have any issues with a return. I ordered the combo plus and one of the batteries was DOA. They issued a refund and sent my new shipment priority shipping.

It's not a worthless opinion. Aliexpress/Alibaba treats wholesalers and small account private customers differently. I buy in bulk from them too. And the customer service really improve when you climb the rungs.
