I second that I was stuck with a rack, which was costing $52 to purchase. It delivered a broken box, so parts were missing.
Contacted them for a return. Ship it back will refund it to you guys.
But I have to pay for the shipment, which was $128.00
Now, when I ask for a prepaid return label, they ask me to pay, and they will issue me the Store credit for it.
Now, if that 15K purchase guy is legit baboon, then I can share details too.
Keep a destance with them. These are paid promotions, and SD is promoting for money. Aliexpress doesn't care about any sders or customers.
I noticed this ships from a US warehouse so presumably there's no tariffs involved. My question is, if that would change where we return it to if we have a return, can we just ship it back to their warehouse?

Depends on the seller - SD has little to do with it. I don't 'trust' a seller just because it's on this site. Check out the reviews of the seller (you really want ultra-high ratings), evaluate the risks and tradeoffs, and make a decision. For every purchase, especially if it's more than $5.
