Does Darn Tough honor warranty if you buy through this seller? Which are the best model that everyone likes?
The following is copied from their website "If these aren't the longest lasting socks you've ever owned, you can return them to us for another pair. No receipt needed, just the pair in question."I own one pair so far. 720 miles on them. Holding up well. Protect my feet just fine. I plan on buying 3 more pair and I'll be set for walking.

From my understanding, as long as they aren't counterfeit, it doesn't matter where you bought them. And best is pretty subjective. I prefer the non-cushioned ones even though the cushioned ones feel more premium.
If you are able to shop at govx, they seem to be a buck or two cheaper and will ship for free. Not as big of a choice on style or color, however. Also there's a 10% off promo at govx "BONUS10"

yup... i've purchased all of my Darn Tough socks from GoBros, they honor the warranty without question and its gotten even easier. you used to be asked for where you bought them and details about the purchase, that's all gone now.
i beat the hell out of my 3/4 height socks, working outside full days in a "farm" type setting... i wear through them after a few years, rotating 7 pairs. wait for a few to get holes, mostly at the ball of my ankle or heal, then send them in for replacement. never an issue.
my low rise socks, for normal work shoes and whatnot, never had a hole form... my high thick winter socks, never had a hole form.
- DTs are AWFUL if you have wide feet. Their fully cushioned socks kinda hide this but the no cushion shocks expose their toe-box issues. I did though have easy experiences with their customer service in trying to troubleshoot the issue. They also recommended I even downsize the sock to no avail.
- DT now has a spinoff - Wide Open Socks. https://wideopensocks.com/ That site is for...folks like me with wide feet! Downfall? At best they only save free shipping sales. I wish they ran more sales. Kinda hard paying retail (though 15% is nice)
What is the $2.99 charge for Returns and Processing
That's the new "fee" to guarantee no shopping problem. You can remove it in cart if you accept any delivery issues. I've seen this a lot recently. Seems like a grift to me.
