It's still a few years newer and does things PS5 and Xbox don't, so it's but entirely crazy. Especially with Trump's war against capitalism making everything more expensive.

Others seem to be reporting differently, but I just bought gift cards from Costco yesterday thinking I could use it to purchase a Switch 2 from Nintendo's e-shop.

The fine print in the cards say they are for software purchases only. When I tried to check out with the switch 2 bundle in my account, the gift card balance was NOT applied. I tried to buy a game instead, and that seemed to work fine. Maybe this was a recent update? Think I just screwed myself, stuck with non refundable gift cards trying to save 10%
