Nothing but HFCS and sugar which is a shame, I remember drinking this stuff as a teen when I didnt care or do my research on health.... Now that I am grown and actually care about what I eat, seeing stuff like this explains the whole obesity crisis the USA is going through.

I'm confused about why people think 110 calories is awful and going to kill you. I don't think anyone intends you to drink these in one sitting or as your only beverage option all day. Probably not a great idea to drink this if you need to lose weight because water is better in any circumstance, but this is by no means some health concern when consumed in moderation (like anything else).

Sadly still too high in calories to be considered lite. They're one of the only brands that completely miss the mark on their diet and lite drinks.
