DO NOT buy, it's a waste of time. The capacity is fake. I charged my iPhone 17PM for less than 5 minutes and it went down from 100% to 27%. Lmao it's a scam

I tested it yesterday charging my 14" MBP. Specs claim 73wh but charging my MBP from 18-78% drained 83% according to the LCD. My guess is its 15000mah+ but not 20000mah. I dont really see anything at this price and charging speed even if the capcity isnt as claimed. I'm going to do a bit more testing since I plan to use this on my trip to japan.

Was that charging while it was turned off or operating?

Bad unit. I wouldn't judge on that. Just return it.

These all use EV battery rejects, so there's a bit of the luck of the draw.

Operating. Just charged my S10+ from 19% to 100% today while it was running a mobile game and the battery went from 100% to 50% right about.

S10 Plus has a 4,200 mAh battery. 81% = ~3,300 mAh. Drained to 50% means 6,600 mAh. Not looking good for being 20,000 mAh.

But I think he said he was running a mobile game while charging.

Sorry I guess I didnt mention its not a phone. Its the Galaxy Tab S10+. I also said I would have guessed its 15000mah+ not 20000mah. Which would be about right since the Tab S10+ is 10090mah. I charged about 8000mah+ a bit because it was playing a mobile game. So that would put the one I have at around 16000mah+.

Hmm, if you were using it, though, as you stated previously, it may have charged more than 81% (close to 10,000 mAh) off that 50%, which would put it close to the stated 20,000 mAh.
